...let see by the time we take this cruise, we will be limited to a 20lb carry on that is 10"x10"x10" unless we want to pay extra...
There may be a day with price of checked luggage that you just buy a seat for your suitcase...

They will be very busy at the laundry on the ships!
I'm thinking if we go as a big group, most of us will get the traditional anyway, if we want to eat together. . .

Since the dress code is more casual, I'm considering forgoing the "elegant" nights, use the other "informal" dining room or lido on those nights and not have to worry about a garment bag with Dan's suit and my dresses. Much easier to pack shorts and polos for him and skirts and tanks for me for dining.

Last cruise I was able to fit my shorts and t-shirts in my garment bag along with my "good" stuff...my "casual" night clothes for dinner have to go in a garment bag anyway.
so I'm good either way.....I'm learning to pack less and do laundry onboard...LOL

| Not sure, but I think you can pay to get your laundry done on board if you don't want to do it. Laurie has always taken a day to do a load or two while on board-I think on S&S4 will be the first time I do! Last edited on Sat Jun 14th, 2008 02:29 pm by clgcruiser

There is just no way I could bring myself to do a load of laundry! I even despise going to the laundromat to wash my comforters
But....if I find that perfect rolling garment bag I've been looking for....problem solved

I know! I even hate unpacking-and most especially, packing-on the ships! That's why Laurie Is usually the one to go. She likes not having laundry when she gets home.. . .
