Yes it does.   Jeff booked it for us a few days ago and surprised me with it.  I knew he had done something but not quite what.

Yes it is Jacksonville. Makes it easy for us. Only 5 1/2 to 6 hour drive depending on potty breaks.

We got a very good price. They were offering a 2 cat upgrade. Not sure if this is still going on.

While I can't go on this particular sailing (I'll be on a RCCL cruise with my mom the same time), I would love to check out a short Carnival cruise. I've never been on CCL, and would rather do a short cruise for my first time.
We are splitting our time between our home here in NC and Fla.  Jacksonville is ony a 30-min drive from our place in Fla---very convenient!!!

So far we have enjoyed Carnival. I think it is a toss up between the two. Right now the price is a big factor.

We enjoy the short cruises. It give us a long weekend away from the kids.

Once we get moved down there full-time, I'll definitely check into it!

Amen!!  Denise, we enjoy short vacations where we are away from the kids.  It gives us the much needed time to have husband-wife quality time.  I come back refreshed and I think it makes me a better parent.

I think you are absolutely right!  Every couple needs some "alone & private" time.

We have always done this. It really helps us to stay close and it helps us have a better point of view when we come home to being parents again.
