We will be looking into a "group rate" at a hotel in the quarter. Parking will be one of the decideing factors too.

If you decide to go...and want to save a few bucks on air and cab fare you are welcome to drive to Tallahassee, leave your car here at my apt, and ride with me to NOLA.  I know...that is a lot of road miles for you...and you can prolly fly from Jax to NOLA for less than you can drive to Tallahassee :P....but the company you travel with will be much better!:big grin:

I appreciate the offer - and if I survive the S&S three in October with minimal bruises we'll "talk". ;)

How far from Tallahassee to NOLA? (Can you believe I have never been to Talahassee - and I am a Bobby Bowden fan - LOL)

Grabbed some tour info so we can make the weekend before like a 2 day port stop.

Plenty of tours: plantation, garden district, cemetary, ghost...ect

shopping and dinning...alot of things to do during the day...then of course the partying or relaxing at night.

If Burbon St. isn't your cup of tea, there are plenty of other options.

Speaking of more people booking...would anyone be looking for a cabin mate so they can upgrade from a 1A and save some cash?

Got several people interested in this.

I am also bringing someone who may be looking for a room mate if anyone wants to upgrade from a 1A to an OV and save money.

MY friend may be backing out of this cruise due to an impending divorce. I know some of my buddies here expressed interest in going. If so, PM me and maybe we can be roomies!
