I'm worried, too, Chris! Have you heard on your local weather how Sunday will be weather-wise? We're still planning to drive back from Fla on Sunday.

I don't know girl... if this guy keeps up and keeps the track they are saying, the whole damn coast could be in trouble... I don't know where you'd be safer at this point! It's one to keep your eye on... Ike is going to be a beeyotch for sure!!

We'll need to wait until the first of the week to see if we like Ike or not. The high pressure ridge is not forming as far west as was thought so where they originally thought Ike would cross Florida into the Gulf, now it looks like it will turn north up the coast.
After the Bahamas, it may hit the U.S. or it may go back out to sea.

I started seeing some changes on Ike yesterday but wanted to wait until seeing it this morning before posting.
Projections are back to the original. Florida, especially southern Florida, look out and start preparing for a Cat 3 or 4 on Tuesday night or Wednesday. Bahamas are going to be hit very bad.

| LOL, we had to have posted that model at the same time!! LOL! I just posted it on CC... they are saying not to even bother until Sunday/Monday because they won't know what he's going to do... I'll try to be patient, but there are A LOT of scenarios there... the black line is the one that had the path for Hanna almost dead on.. Did you see the historical tracking? LOL, that's no help at all!! NONE of those scenarios would be good ones, that is for sure.
