50s today and partly cloudy. I guess it beats 3 feet of snow!

It was 83 yesterday, 54 today, and will be back in the 70's by Sunday.

I don't know why those up north like to share so much but they do.   They keep sending these little puffs of cold air to keep the transition going a little longer.:big grin:

Here's a link if you would like to see a video of the overflow spillways open on Table Rock dam.   This is a rare event.   I only remember twice in the last 16 years.

http://www.news-leader.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20080324/VIDEO/80324062/1007

The normal water flow through this dam comes from the 200 foot depth of the lake so the water runs about 48 degrees below the dam.   For 16 miles below the dam it is year round fishing for rainbow and brown trout.   It's not unusual to see brown trout over 20 pounds taken from these waters.   I like the rainbows myself.

The water must really be high! I know in several trips to fish on Taneycomo, we've come close to that dam but never seen anything like that. Love me some rainbow trout! I used to sit out on the dock at night fishing while the bats dive bombed my fishing pole! :big grin:

47 with T-storms this morning.   These storms are suppose to stay in this area through Monday.

Normal Spring.   Now that lots of things are blooming, it's time for T-storms with hail to wipe them out.:flamin:

A bit cooler here, but the forecast is the same. Rain starting tonight and into Monday. Just when my yard was drying out, here it comes again.

50 and more big T-storms this morning.   Rain coming down in buckets.

If this don't stop soon, I'm going to have to call 911 to be taken to have the cat surgically removed from my leg.

Snowing here in Utah.  A snow warning is in affect from late last night through 10AM on Monday, with heavy accumulations possible.  Nothing like tulips (which haven't bloomed yet), in snow!

Nothing so far here. Just cloudy and gloomy. Thunderstorms this afternoon through tomorrow morning with highs in the 50s.

Feels like January.  Temps around 25 on my way to work, snowy roads and all kinds of accidents.

At least by tomorrow it will warm up and we'll get rain.

Within an hour, we will be hit with very large T-storms with high wind and possible hail and/or tornadoes.   We're already seeing winds in the 30 to 40 mph range.

I just hope it doesn't damage my tulips and the blooms on the peach tree too bad.

The worst has passed.   I just got electric back.   Mother Nature put on a hell of a show with lots of lightening, heavy rains and winds.   No hail and no reports of tornadoes.   The temp dropped 10 degrees in less than five minutes
