Good day we are planning a Caribbean Cruise, one of our interesting islands for tours and excursions is St. Lucia.  Got some positive feed back on Serenity Vacations through the grape vine.  Need as much information on this Tour Operator possible before I really give them any data on me.  Was inform that it is owned by an islander:confused: not sure that I really want to give my credit card details to  a group of individual I speak to on the phone.  The website  is rather informative and impressive which gives me that uneasiness.    Need some feed back asap.

I know what you mean about giving our CC numbers on the phone. You have to be very careful these days!

We've used the services of Serenity vacations and had absolutely no problems paying by CC. They were really trust worthy people actually from the telephone conversations I had even before we met in person. I was sceptical of giving my CC info to someone I knew nothing about in an island I've never been too. But I did anyway to secure our place for the tour we wanted to do. Our cards were not processed until we did the tour.Serenity is actually a small family runned business. They made our stay wonderful. I need to make some time to write up my review but there is so much to say about the island,Serenity and the people on a whole. I will also post some of our pictures of time spent in St.Lucia. St.lucia was the highlight of our cruise.:tropics:

Thanks Going Places.  Feel more confident.  Will proceed, and update everyone about my upcoming trip and also give my feed back on Serenity Vacations.

We just returned and had such a great experience as well with Serenity Tours, we booked out excursions months in advance.   Our CC was never charged until the day of tour.  We were a group of 28 people and so many questions were flying the entire time, but they were always more than willing to answer every datail.  Every thing that were promised was delivered and more.  This was a wonderful Island, and John made it a wonderful experience.  We will recommend Serenity in a heartbeat.:tropics:

I might be a bit late on this, but I've used Serenity also we did this package:  http://serenitytvl.com/Land___Sea_Exclusives.html

We were staying in a resort so we just booked and paid onsite, but the tour itself was great! :big grin:

I am thrilled with the updated feedback that serenity is receiving. Very excited that I selected that group for my excursion in St. Lucia. Will be cruising early November. Can't wait to experience the great venture ahead.

When you get back, I hope you can give us a report on what you thought of this tour guide. I'm still trying to get back to St. Lucia and would like to see much more of the island than we did on our first visit there.

Hi Progress

style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #c6e1d7"This info is rather late since I just decided to pop into this forum after quite a while. We have used the services of Serenity Vacations and Tours and they were remarkable. The company is owned by islanders and they seem to doing a very good job at providing excellent service. We gave them our credit card information to confirm our tour for the day and had absolutely no problems. Our card was actually charged on the day of the tour. With Serenity you won't go wrong.
