All the reviews I've read of this tour guide have been positive. The prices are reasonable. Tour plus beach $45 U.S. each. Tour only $35 U.S. each. $5 each to enter the National park. Payable in cash at the end of the tour which is just over 3 hours. His response to my e-mail was received within 24 hours. Has anyone taken his tour before? I also considered another well-known tour provider on Antigua but their rates were per hour not per person.

That is good to know, Deb!!! Thanks for the tip!  I love Antigua and would love to do a nice tour---we've only been walking around and shopping there.

I used Lawrence back In Sept.. He is awesome.... I was going to stop at the beach but his choice of beach was Turners beach.... Nobody was really there ( a few people ) and the tide/surf was a little strong for swimming....

Thanks for the info on Lawrence! Is that his first name or last? I've actually been to Turner's Beach. That was on my last and only trip to Antigua so far. I was on a ship's tour of the island highlights and had lunch there then relaxed for a while. This time around, we're skipping the beach thing. We'll do that on some of our other port stops.

We had Lawrence in November. This guy is great and it is a heck of a deal for $45 bucks. He gives you so much information about the island. After the almost 3 hour tour he took us to the beach and let us look around for about 20 minutes to see if we wanted to stay or go to the ship.

We may do his tour again in Jan when we go back.

Hi Ken!!! Thanks for the positive feedback on Lawrence. I did some research before picking him. I'm glad to know that his tour is so good for the money.

Yes, the Cat got put out to SF in CA for a bit, but now is back.  Currently Liv is an idiotmouth, there is a link on the Early morning thread.

Hope you had a great vacation.
