After many unanswered phone calls, and emails..I called this guy (Justin) back at the TA and asked to cancel..he asked me why I was canceling.. so I was honest, and said too many unanswered calls, and emails. He flew off the handle.. saying well we are closed on the weekends..didn't I know that.. Umm no.. their answering machine did not say that. I left messages .. I left emails.. all which then should have been answered without me calling and emailing again this afternoon.. I did wait .. (Remember though this isn't the first time I had a hard time contacting him.. I did once before on week days.. to get a different table size.) This guy was sooo mad .. he called me pathetic for canceling! I said that was not very business like.. and he hung up.. He is really hot headed.. it is scary.. He will give me my deposit back.. right? There was no cancelation fees at time I booked with them. .

I am honestly a very timid person. I don't like confrontation. I was trying to think of a way to not even bring up all that.. but he pressed it..

That is terrible!!!!! :flamin:      Is he the owner of the agency, or just an employee?  If he is just an agent there, I would for sure call and speak to the owner of the agency!  They need to know what their employees are saying to customers!

You will need to get in touch with someone else at that agency and let them know you cancelled with that guy and want your deposit back.

He is owner.. If I read it right there are only like 3 people that work there? I did write to cruisecompete.com, and Bob Levinstein.. the CEO there wrote back, and was very nice about it all. I think I will use them again.. just not with that TA.. I never tried cruisecompete til now. Thanks for your help
