Oh my. I was wondering whether I could mention her name here but she has already been mentioned. She is great.
I first discovered her on that cruise competing web site. I had received a price quote from her which was the cheapest of any I had received from that web site and individually. When I went to book with her she even lowered that low price. She later called me with an upsell. When I went on that competing web site to get information for another cruise she was not the lowest but I told her about this and how I wanted to book with her again. She then lowered her price and I booked it with her.
I decided at that time I will only book with Jean from now on and she has helped me book two more cruises. Because of her great service and prices I am looking to book a lot more with her.

 I am a fan of Jean too! I've been using her as my travel agent for a couple years now. She gets her cruises from a well known broker, so the prices are terrific. Plus you get the personal attention. I never have to wait for an answer to any question unless Jean is on a cruise. She has a toll free phone number, and always responds to her email in a timely manner.
I sound like I'm a relative but really I'm not!! Next time you're booking a cruise, ask Jean for a quote. You might be pleasantly surprised!

Hello - I am over here because I told someone to email me about my TA - Jean.....and got banned on cc. Hope it is ok to say that and not get in trouble......
Anyway, Jean is the best TA we have ever had....you cannot go wrong with her.

Thanks. It is nice to be able to talk on the boards - especiallly on Mother's Day. I really miss yakking with all my cc buddies. It is really amazing how hard it is to give it up even for 24 hours......

We've had some problems with "connectivity" here a couple of times. I know what you mean about giving it up! Over two days before I could get back in. Mother's Day might be a bit slow since it's also a Sunday, but the off topic boards are usually busy if you want to chat about anything and everything! Maybe more of the NCL folks will show up around the boards too!

One more vote for Elegant Cruises by Jean - we've booked several times and always been able to get a great deal. She responds quickly to emails and is always pleasant to deal with. Our first dealing with Jean was after she offered the lowest quote (by far) when we looked through CruiseCompete.
Our next cruise is in June and booked through Jean, we're hoping she calls soon with an upsell offer!!!
