Works fine in both Firefox 2.0.11 and Internet Explorer 6 here.  Perhaps your browser doesn't like the class file?  (It's a java applet and the link provided includes the path.)  If that path is invalid on your platform/machine then you will go to the root folder which indeed is in Chinese.  (but it's easy to figure out due to symbols)
