For our Hawaiian cruisers, maybe you do not have this site, but it is the USGS's web cams on the Kilauea Volcano. We have beem watching the newest eruption since June. Interesting pictures and movies. That also do updates, opening and closing of the National park area.

D ~
How often do they close the national park? DH and I have reservations to stay at the military camp in the park next June -- we'd hate to find out at the last minute that we won't be able to get to our hotel!

All I know for sure is when Kilauea has active eruptions, they do close part of the park.

| That's cool! I didn't know they had a webcam that let you see the active eruptions.
