For those living close to this area or having knowledge of the airports, can you tell me how far each airport is to the Long Beach area?  SNA (not sure which airport this is) vs John Wayne vs LAX?  Also do you know about limo service?

Maria - I just checked into this myself because I am criuising right before you! SNA and John Wayne are one and the same (Orange County). Long Beach is exactly halfway between SNA and LAX so either will work. Although SNA is so much easier and not as busy as LAX. They do have noise abatement laws there - so taking off from SNA is quite - umm - different :big grin:

Just look for the best price. My friends from Ohio just got their tickets to LA yesterday on cheaptickets.com. $169 - one way to LAX via Atlanta on Delta. That is incredible!! Of course you will be looking for a round trip ticket - I think if you look right now you will be pleasently surprised.

Don't forget that Long Beach also has an airport (LGB).

We already booked ours for March 20. It looked like they were open for April too. Good luck! I hope you get a great deal like we did!!
