Thought I'd toss this in too:

http://journeyplanner.tfl.gov.uk/user/XSLT_TRIP_REQUEST2?language=en

The journey planner lets you put in tube stops, places of interest etc so you can find the best way to get from one place to another.

You can also print out tube maps here...

ATTENTION MODERATOR!

These links should be put into a permanent spot somewhere in the Ports of Call (London) or Europe sections. Thee will be very helpful to folks coming to our POC section for info.

Some HOT links (ha ha) have been posted here in the last couple days.

Cubechick.... if I asked for a million bucks, would you make that wish come true tooooooo?

Catnip - we just got back from the Med in October (Istanbul-Spain) on the Jewel. If you have any questions - ask away.

I'll get right on it Ginny!  ;)

I've traveled to London often enough that I know where to get the good info!  (Including a 4 day trip next month that I just can't wait for).

I wish  knew anything about the Med!  I LOVE travel planning!  I wish I had discovered that I have a knack for it before the internet made it so easy for people to research their own stuff!

What is your med itinerary? I can put you in touch with some GREAT private tours. We had a ball planning the trip. Met someon on CC on the roll call about a year before the actual cruse. We became fast friends and have remained in almost daily e-mail contact.

She and her husband just returned from a 2 week Russian river boat trip.
