I love the cabin decor!  Very soothing and subdued.....not garish and eye-searing like some cabin decor's  are!   Very classy!

Do you know, Mike, what are the "free" and what are the "pay-extra" dining venue's on the Solstice?

Yes I do as a matter of fact and prices as well...Murano and Tuscan Grill $30 pp and the Asian one (can't remember its name) $20  prolly cause your hungry 2 hours later!:roflmao:

Bistro on 5 (where they have the 24/7 crapery) and the SpaCafe are free ....

I'll have to check out the Murano's menu.........I typically refuse to "pay extra" for those specialty dinig venue's just on principle.  But, if it's as good as you say it is, I might have to do it just this once!

Bistro on 5 looks like a place I'd stop by daily, too!  Excellent choices!!! Quite a menu for the 11pm-6am crowd, too!

Okay, either I didn't look far enough or I need new glasses. I could NOT read those menus! And I just love good food.

The first pics were not readable but if you scroll down it is posted a second time with a closeup!  I hava always been partial to X's food but these menus look even better than anything I have seen before....

Denise...we can reserve dinner in the specialty restarants up to 90 days in advance online now....I think we may do Murano only but maybe do it twice!!  Do you all want to join us and any particular day or days better for you all?

Also I know Rich linked our ressies together and we usually ask for a large table cause we like to meet people but how large a table did you all request?

Yes, we're already regretting our decision.  I will live vicariously through reading

the menus, however.  Haven't read them yet but plan to real soon.

Large tables are what we prefer, too.  I think I told Rich a "large" table, so that is usually a table for  10-12.  We'll have to check as soon as we get on to make sure our table is in a good location (hopefully, next to the windows, and not next to a wall by the kitchen).
There will be the 4 of us, plus Pam & Bob at our table.......(early dining).

Since we won't get on the ship till after 2:00, you'll have to scope it out & get us a good location!

Ahhh, found them! Not to burst your bubble, but while the menu looks tasty, it doesn't look that much more impressive than what I had on my last Carnival cruise. Sorry!

Yup, you're linked to Catnip with a request for a table for 10.
