Rob.. Canada...???

anyway, looks like I'm going to give the Solstice a go... maybe... ... Everytime I decide on a cruise, it changes.
Can't decide which cruise, and I think airfare will be the deciding factor. I've never been on a brand spanking new ship, so this will be a treat?? Maybe?
So as it stands I'll be giving her a try in May. Maybe...

We're still in and Bob & Pam are still in.  We're taking the Cruise Connection bus from Daytona Beach, so we'll get there around 1:00 pm.  Not as early as I would have liked to get there, but at least we won't have to screw around with the airports.

I was thinking about it, Sheila, but the extra $$ is a bit too much. We're having the expense of our houseold move to Fla this summer, so really can't justify the extra $$ right now.  It does look nice, though!

I liked the "adults only" area in the persian garden etc. and the Champagne on arrival etc but I'm not so sure the rest is worth it. DH liked the pillow menu.
Will research some more........

Sheila, you can get the pillow menu and all the other perks except for the spa stuf with Concierge Class bookings, we really enjoy them and our aft cabin on Solstice is CC class..this is the first clas built with CC class cabins built specifically for them and if I remember correctly I think I read the cabins will be a tad larger than regular balcony cabins....but we shall have to wait and see!

Hell, by the time we check in and get to our cabin probably won't be till almost 2:00! :shoot me:
Then, we gotta go eat lunch. By that time, you'll be toasted! :drink:

LOL  thats a distinct possibility!~  Seriously though, I was reading somewhere..prolly darkside about a group taking a cabin crawl, kinda like a pub crawl but touring cabins and having a drink in between or whatever...on a new ship this sounds like a good idea...do you know if anyone on our roll call has a suite? That would be sweet to check out on a new ship....anyway..I think I will propose it for maybe right after the meet and greet for whomever might wanna volunteer their cabins to get toured....
