Celebrity Cruises will present a stellar line-up of nightclubs and meeting places on the line’s new Celebrity Solstice, scheduled to launch in December 2008. From intimate wine cellars and exhilarating dance clubs to exquisite hideaways, the new, 2,850-guest ship will offer guests some of the most stylish and varied venues at sea.

See illustrations of some of the venues on the new Solstice.

Starting today....I will be managing the Nor Cal, Portland and Seattle offices of a building maintenance company....Lots of smoozing commercial property managers in San Fran and all over the Bay Area...I'm  pretty excited....I will be selling again as well which is something I have missed since I've been in management...I'm just such a natural salesman it is what I like doing best....i

I will be traveling to Portland and Seattle about every 6 weeks so that will be cool too!

Celebrity unveils 10 Solstice restaurants
6/2/2008

Celebrity Solstice will offer 10 dining venues – from a glamorous two-story restaurant to a steak house and Asian and Continental spots – when it debuts late this year.
Celebrity Cruises said it partnered with some top names in the hospitality business to create the room designs. Among them is restaurant and hotel designer Adam Tihany, responsible for Per Se, Jean Georges, Le Cirque, The Sea Grill and Osteria del Circo in New York; Aureole, Bouchon and Seablue in Las Vegas; and Monte’s and the Mandarin Bar at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in London.
For his first foray into cruise design, Tihany created the two-level Grand Epernay dining room, the classic Tuscan Grille steak house and the casual Oceanview Café and Grill on the Lido Deck. Grand Epernay will sport a two-story wine tower, while the Tuscan Grille is described as ‘Napa-meets-Old-World-Italy.’
Menus for each venue are designed by Celebrity’s Jacques Van Staden, vp food and beverage, in conjunction with culinary consultant Blau & Associates. The Tuscan Grille menu, for example, will offer Caesar salads prepared tableside, an antipasti bar, Kobe beef and a variety of steaks, all paired with a list of Italian wines.
Other Celebrity Solstice dining choices are Silk Harvest with a fusion menu of Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese and Indian selections in a room by RTKL Associates, and Blu, exclusively for customers in AquaClass accommodations, with ‘clean cuisine’ in a venue by Celebrity’s in-house design team.
Murano presents classic and modern Continental cuisine in a space created by BG Studios of New York. Bistro on Five will prepare specialty crepes and is designed by Wilson Butler Associates.
Café al Bacio & Gelateria will serve gelati, specialty coffees and pastries. AquaSpa Café, designed by RTKL, will have an airy setting and serve quick, light fare, while ‘comfort food’ is the focus of Mast Grill & Bar, a casual poolside spot.

Thanks, Tim!!  DO you know if most of them will be pay-extra dining venue's?
And do you have to be booked in an Aqua Class cabin to eat in Blu?

Blu will be open to other passengers on a "space-available" basis.  My guesses to pay restaurants: Tuscan Grille, Murano, and possibly Silk Harvest & Blu (for non-Aqua Class pax).

Too far out.  They should be releasing the May 09 - Apr 10 itineraries in 2-3 months or so.
