Sheila...we did Conc. Class on Mercury a few  years ago and really enjoyed it..lots of little "extras"   We didn't have to pay extra gratuities either...unless that is new.. All of the CC goodies are listed on the X website...the ones we like the best were...fluffy terrycloth robes, horderves delivered to your stateroom daily, extra nice bedding with a choice of pillows and a bunch of others I cant remember!  :martini:

I've got so many windows open tonight.... can hardly wait til I get my Mac notebook.... will go back to Celebrity and check to see what I can dig up.
Was just all over NCL. The Jewel actually looked nice, and cheaper for same cruise, but I needed to register to get the full price summary....... and I couldn't be bothered tonight.  Would love one of those Garden Villas........:P:P

yes my dears it does........... but, I am exercising the option of .........??????? um... a change.
I officially quit Nov 5.
I am planning on job searching...... I think. Quite frankly, I have no idea if I'm going to return to work. I think I am, but then when I look at dates to start looking, I find that I'm way too busy, and I have no idea what I want to do. Everyone is urging me to leave nursing, and try something new. BUT ...........
We have a ton of reno work that we started back last spring, so I need to be here until that is all done, then we have a wedding in the Caribbean in the spring, so who is going to give me holidays right after I start?
What I do know is......... I am really enjoying NOT having to drive to work in all this snow every morning. For the last two years I was terrified driving in this stuff. I am soooo thankful that I haven't had to do it yet this winter.

I hear ya, sister!  I was involved in a wreck a few years ago in the snow, and it has affected me really bad mentally. I am terrified to drive in a car when we go out west for our 2 ski vacations.  And I am even scared now when it rains and I have to drive out on a big highway.

Congratulations on quitting that job!:flowers: I know you weren't as happy as you could be when you were there. The not having to drive sounds sooooooo good too!

These CC cabins on Century look very suspicious like 1022 that I had on the Mercury, and it was veeeeeeery tiny. No sofa, just a large uncomfortable chair, with a balcony door that would have emasculated any size man if he were standing in it's way.

I"m thinking this may be the next cruise.
I want a smaller ship, less pax
But I did want a more relax dining option, and I doubt Celebrity has that.
I've tried alot of the optional dining restaurants and sorry......... I didn't find anything really special with any of them.
Embarkation ports are a problem too. Airfare and transportation to port.
Think we may do the cruise in and out of Amsterdam.
Just looked at the Eurodam, cruise was 2 days shorter and more money, the ship looks like it will be lovely. I like the decor of the cabins, clean lines, and neutrals.

Those kinds of ships are my favorites. I've tried some of the bigger ships, but given a choice, I'd take the smaller ones any day. Now I don't like the smaller, older ones, but several lines have the medium sized ships that aren't too terribly old.
