girldoc is a Jeff Gordon fan....

I live about 4 miles from Lowes Motor Speedway and found out this morning we have suite tickets for All Star Qualifying/Truck Race (although DD has a choir concert) and suite tickets for Cup Qualifying that next Thursday.

I love Lowes, but admit I'm very spoiled. We've sat just about everywhere but my favorite seats are the suite tickets. I'll do the stands for qualifying, but other than that, I'll stay home and watch the flyover from my backyard, listen to them run the first lap and then go inside where it's temperature controlled.

We were at the last Cup race at Rockingham and it was freaking cold and windy.

Also have done the night race at Bristol.... absolutelyfreakingawesome.

Tia's? If so, it's Marriott Longwharf. I think that is the one you are referring to. Right there next to the Aquarium.

Tia's? If so, it's Marriott Longwharf. I think that is the one you are referring to. Right there next to the Aquarium.
I think so the aqurium is on one side and the bar on the other with docking area in between??

They can keep Moss too.....don't like either....

On another note, we were in SE OH when Moss was at Marshall with Chad Pennington....those boys could play football....though his years at Marshall had set Moss on a good track....maybe not.... I mean, look where he is now....with the Patriots????

It is not even my thread so I do not care what you guys do. I would not care even if it were my thread. I just love the atmosphere here on this board.

You guys keep me laughing and honestly I have had a few stares as people have walked by my office.

Remember I live in or near Winston Salem. I have a WS address but only because our mail box is on the wrong side of the street. I grew up with my Daddy knowing Junior Johnson.

As far as Baseball goes each to their own. After the world would be a boring place if we all liked the same thing. I love the Braves and I love Jeff Francoeur but i am pretty sure I like him because I think he is cute.
