Any of you boys here have a "boyzilian"?  :holymoly:

Full body waxing, including genital and buttock waxing, has been popular in the gay community for some time, and is becoming popular with heterosexual males as well, especially in the bodybuilding and fitness community. In the male version of the Brazilian wax, men will sometimes leave a triangle-shaped patch above the penis untouched (since this area can be exceptionally sensitive to irritation) and will sometimes also leave the hair surrounding the anus intact (while removing that found on the buttocks). The male version is now being referred to as the boyzilian or eBodyWax (Entire Body Wax).

Repsol's oddity #4

Guilty as charged!  I had been shaving for years and just got tired of it so I thought I'd give the Brazilian a try.  I researched and planned and plotted and finally found a salon that would do a guy.  Got excellent results but also got blindsided by enexpected charges.

The next salon honored the quote but left strays everywhere.

Third time's a charm eh?  The third salon got it right and was the least expensive.  I'd still be going if I hadn't discovered a way to do it myself.

Now I can get waxed in the comfort of my own home for roughly 19 cents as opposed to 80 bucks.  Can't beat that with a stick!

i don't know how i missed this thread, lol.

but, waxing isn't as bad as it seems.  it takes mere minutes.  the results are fantastic, and they last quite awhile.;)

why do i do it?  i initially did it b/c i didn't want to worry about something unsightly being seen through a bathing suit or sheer lingerie.

now, i continue to do it b/c i love it.  (it's so great, that once it's gone, you won't want it back:P)

Waxing is just too painful for me!!!!!!  :holymoly:         Ripping the hair out by the roots is just barbaric!!!!!!! :ooooh:

However, I do like the MP (Magic Powder).  Have you ever tried that?  We have a whole thread here dedicated to MP!!!!!!  (I can't find that MP thread right now, but I'll post a link as soon as I can locate it!)

Yeah, I've tried MP but didn't get favorable results.  My hair is so coarse you could call them miniature stalks.  Even the super duper strength MP didn't get the job done on my face so I didn't even bother with the nether regions.

Besides, I like that extra 1/8th inch of hair below the surface gone too.  The results last just a little bit longer for me.

But hey, I know folks who swear by MP.  If it works, more power to you!;)

yes, i have seen the mp thread.  it is funny.

i think there was a link to someone's on-line mp party ("clumps!") that was so funny.

:lmao1:

i have not tried the mp, b/c i was waxing before i ever even heard of mp, and the waxing doesn't bother me.  i like the waxing b/c there is no mess, smell or clean up, not to mention the appeal of "one, two, zippady, do...done":P

I bought some MP but never used and threw it out.  Should I try again?  I just kept on reading about the smell and how it is not that good to use.

Selena,
Try the MP in the silver can, for sensiitive skin. It does not smell as bad as the regular gold can.  That's the kind I use and have never had any problems (bumps, rashes, burning or irritation) with it. It works great!
