I had one of these several years ago. I took it on a cruise and really didn't see much of a tan underneath.......I think it's a gimmick!

I thought that was one of the Amy's Cookie Kitchen subsidiaries and you were modelling.

I'm so far behind! I've never even heard of these!
Works like an SPF 6 Sunscreen I'd need something stronger than that or my "white" parts would be in some serious pain!

We were at a meeting in the famous spa town of Baden-Baden, Germany last fall. There are 2 public spa's in town. One is an older one, built a LONG time ago (quite a beautiful building)......it is the totally nude one. (It is adults only). You pay your fee, then go straight into a dressing room. You leave all your clothes in the locker and from that point on, you are buck naked!
It was a little disconcerting, but when everyone else is naked, you get over it in about 5 minutes. There are room after room of showers, dry heat, moist heat, plunge pools and then in the middle of the building is a huge co-ed pool! Men and women walking around totally nude & enjoying "the baths". It was fun! I enjoyed it a lot and I was one of the youngest ones there!
The other spa, was different. It was a new building and had a lot of pools, all differing temperatures. You wore a bathing suit there, because children were allowed. But the pools were all huge and wonderfully warm. One was outside and it was great! You could also get a massage here, which I did. Now that was a little weird, even for me. It was a guy, and you had to lie on the massage table buck naked without even a sheet or towel over you. OK, then, there was the upstairs! Now, this area is the totally nude part. It is the are where they have hottubs, sauna and steam rooms....all of differing temperatures. There's one room that has lounge chairs, where you can lie down and sleep if you want to! But, when you walk in the door, you have to stand there and take off your clothes or bathing suit. What was interesting was that most of the clientele were over 60. I was probably the youngest person there! I walked around and used several different saunas and steam rooms. Then, hit the showers, got dressed and left.
It was really an experience and I had a great time!!!!!!
So Scott, would you have done it? :dude:

Hey, I'm new over here, but noticed this thread and had to comment. My wife has two tan through suits and loves them. They are strange in that if you hold them up to the light you can see right through - however when being worn they are no longer see through. Still not as tanable as doing without completely but fine for more conservative beaches.
