In desperation, I am using one of the regular ones....the "created" ones won't load, but the other ones do. Boring, I know, but better than being naked!!! :holymoly:

Just an update:
Our board, WoWBB, was notified and here is their response:
We are sorry for the inconvenience. The server should come back online. In the meantime, we are working on a solution to stop the "mysql too many connection errors".
There were lots of other boards experiencing the same troubles this morning. Hopefully they will have it fixed soon! Thanks for your patience!!

Looks like there are also other WOWBB's that are having the same issues..... I'm going to "assume" that the techie guys are working on it.

Are you all able to see your posts immediately after you get the error message as well as see other peoples posts.?
I can't. The site will update every hour or two and that's when I can see all the messages that have been posted since the last time it updated.
This seems to be widespread, at least here in the midwest. I just got eight e-mails from a genealogy boards that shows they were all posted at the same time, yet they were posts from people who were talking back and forth and had to be actually posted over a couple of hours. MSN is also working part time.

Yes. If you hit the back button in the error message then go to the sub forum (in this forum the sub forum is Technical Questions) then go back to the actual thread, you will see that your post went through. You should be able to see everything that's been posted to the thread.
Thanks for the info RnE. Seems this is more widespread than we knew.
