i have logged out six times just now, but it still shows me on line -- even after closing IE completely, and clearing all cookies.

i think this may have happened to me saturday morning, as well.

when i log out, it does tell me i have signed out.   my avatar get replaced with the guest avatar, and i am not able to view messages.  thus, it appears that all is fine.

however, i noticed my sn was still up there in the members on line list (which happens until refreshed, i realize), but when i did refresh, as a test, it did not go away.  so i pulled up a viewable (no sign in req'd) thread and checked my posts.  i was still showing on line.

i signed back in, and then out again several times to try to clear this, but it has not worked.

is anyone else reporting a similar problem?

True, it's a setting that takes some time to work, sometimes. ;)

My guess is your on-line status is on a timer, and goes out some time after the last connection to the server as you

Probably not connected to your login status at all.
