Royal Caribbean only serves Coca Cola products.
If you have teens using their Sea Pass cards to charge purchases on board, a good suggestion would be to limit their daily spending at the Guest Relations desk. You can also check your daily balance on most of the ships in the fleet by using the in cabin TV.
If you're taking any special medications make sure that you have plenty to last you for the duration of your travels as ships do not always have all medication on board.
Notify your Credit or Debit card company prior to leaving on a cruise to let them know that you may be charging items out of the country.
Royal Caribbean does not carry any of the four major networks. They have their own in house RCI-TV. They do carry ESPN and CNN.
Take twice as much money and half the clothes!!!:D

Those are all super tips, Gordon! Especially about remembering to bring all the medication that you might need. As well as an extra pair of contacts/eyeglasses.
I always bring a small flashlight to keep by my bed.
And a beach towel to use up at the pool----makes my chair easy to spot, and I cana wrap it around fragile items in my carry-on for the flight home!
Small bills for souverniers on the islands
I leave my paperback books onboard for others to read.

If you're booking more than one cabin and a Crown & Anchor discount is available but not everyone in your party is a Crown and Anchor member, be sure to put a C & A member in each cabin to get the discounts, coupon books etc for as many cabins as possible. The purser's desk will give you new keys when you board so that everyone ends up in the cabin they want to be in.
If you're travelling with medication that needs to be refrigerated or if you need a sharps container notify guest services ahead of time and they'll make sure your cabin is equipped with a refrigerator (if there isn't one already) and the proper waste container. You should always have a letter from your doctor if you're travelling with needles.

I always try to meet our room steward the first day or two of the cruise. And tell them any special requests that I have, ie: extra towel, blanket or pillow, and I tell them what time we generally go to breakfast & dinner, so he can come and clean our room then.
I try to check my Sea Pass account every other day, so there are no surprises at check-out!
