I've never heard of these sites but I'm definitely bookmarking them. Thank you for bringing them to my attention. I really appreciate this information.
Mind you, I just don't understand what game it is that NCL is playing. First, they charge the Brits double the US rate, now they are reversing that policy and charging the Brits half the US rate: the 12 Dec sailing has the AA for £1,099 pp versus $4,499 per the NCL US site. I haven't checked the US rate going through a US discount TT but I don't expect to find a discount much in excess of 15% off $4,499. Plus the on board tips are included in the UK rate!
If NCL continues with their dual pricing policy, they may well end up with disgruntled customers on both sides of the pond.
NCL did a cabn clearance on the baltic and UK cruise lastminute through the uk at the AF down, the suites went through the upsell.
UK NCL site have higher prices so only if you are UK savey will you find the UK TA prices. Teletext is still the best place to start.(227,228,262)
Headline prices stay high,
NCL upsell cannot call out of the US, so on these cruises they would probably have hardly anyone to upsell to, best to sell them out early these trips are not attractive to many and I do not expect many US pasengers taking the risk of the Med in the winter and the canaries/Morroco trips have no headline ports so it is a cruisers cruise not a port cruise. what suprises me is these prices have been up for a while and there is still availability.
For the low down on the UK price actions you need to be on

One thing, so thay say, bonded UKs cannot take non UK CC or non UK addresses, but many are agents for the cruise lines so not sure if the UK NCL office will take payments from US people.

Thank you insidecabin. I'm from Cambridgeshire so I have no problems with using a UK TT.
I'll keep an eye on that forum at holidaytruths. It's very generous of you to share your knowledge.
