Ditto that:big grin:

Hope you all had a wonderful trip! I've really enjoyed all the live reports, pictures, reviews, and, of course, comic relief (Thanks Bama:P).

Welcome back - sounds like a great trip was had by all. Beautiful pictures and great chats. After being on the TA in Feb/Mar I can fully understand what you mean about a tad shy of perfection - but the itinerary must have made up for most of that.

Welcome home everybody. Sounds like a good time had by all. At least now we know what happened to Shoreguy...Barney got rid of the computer while he was gone.

Welcome back. Sorry you have to re-enter the real world. We all know how painful that is.

Not MIA, Not back on the darkside but just walked in the door. Off the ship at 7 am, in LHR at 9:15 am, Checked the bags at 1 pm, boarded the plan at 2:15, on the ground at EWR 7:15. Luggage belt died. Out of the airport at 8:15.

So I wimped out on the blog. I got too frustrated with Internet blocked by mountain after mountain. When I had time the Internet was down. Just too much work and too much fun to be had.

Norway was incredible. The weather could not have been better. The crew could not have been nicer. Great group of friends onbaord and then it was the rest of the passengers :shoot me:

I met a guy on the coach to LHR. His sons had given him this cruise for his 80th birthday. His mother was Norwegian and he always wanted to go.( as he told me 11 times in 3 hours) His first cruise.  He hit it spot on. He was afraid to tell his son the whole story of the cruise for fear he would appear ungrateful. He loved Norway. He loved the crew. He could not believe the other passengers that were onboard. In is 80 years he said he had never seen so many people so consumed with themselves and so completely rude. Here is a classic example. One day a group in the back of the elevator pushed him to the ground to get out from the back. No I am sorry or excuse me. I had to love this guy. He launched a volley of F  bombs on them. Maybe something I should have done a few times. Remarkable how a few 100 "trolls" can be so visible and make a cruise less then it should be for so many others.

More details to follow but my watch says 2:30 am

Glad to hear you got home with no probs.  As you pointed out on Thursday night it was a much easier journey for us.
Took about 5 and a half hours and we were home just after four. Cold and rainy and it keeps going dark at night. What's that all about?

Will post lots of pics from the 1800+ that I took when I get time, Trouble is, there's loads to do when you get home.

I've never enjoyed a cruise so much without actually being there. Norway is a must do.

Steindalsfossen Waterfall for 20 minutes was great but it took all 20 minutes to walk up the trail behind the falls.

So, these other passengers...are they European, American or a mixture of just a bunch of baddies?
