style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #c6e1d7"Your best bet is to contact NCL's Latitudes desk.  They can combine all of your different numbers.  After that, make sure that you give your Latitudes number when you make a reservation.  Otherwise the reservation system will assign a new number.

I have always given them my numbers  when I make the reservations (since I am a  TA) and then, by the time I'm ready for the next cruise, they tell me that number does not exist, and I've been cruising with them for nearly 15 years.

We had a mix up and it took a phone call to the Latitudes Desk to get it cleared up. A few minutes later and it was fixed.

Last I heard, everything would be in place by June, so you should be all set for November, even if that schedule slips a bit.

Freestyle 2.0 is planned to be completed by June but to my knowledge there has been no word on the timing of new Lattitudes Program that was mentioned in early press coverage.

My recollection is that all of Freestyle 2.0 is to be rolled out on the Jade this June - I'm very interested to see how you all feel about it after your Norway on NCL cruise in June.  As an aside - I read a comment from a "live" report on the Jade - the poster was disappointed in the food saying that NCL had "cut back."  I read that other live blog that was on cruisemates (?) by that fellow (SG you posted the link here - I can't remember the website or the bloke's name but it was a nice blog)..anyway...he loved the food and made several positive comments.  My tendancy is to believe him more than the current blogger.

Ciao and sorry for the OT....

Does anyone have any new info on this change?

BTW, to the person whose previous cruises weren't recognized, any cruise since 1995 (when they started the program) should be recognized.  If you have anything that shows you were on this cruise you should contact them.  It doen't have to be docs , maybe a photo with a date that shows the ship name?

No changes in the current plan yet. I am not holding my breath.

Those need proof for a single cruise webshots search is a great way to find a photo. Who knows what you really look like.

Don't get me wrong I am not saying to use false pictures to build you cruise total but if someone has been on a cruise and can not find proof it is an option

I recently used my honeymoon cruise pictures to "fix" my husband's status.  Everyone at work was impressed and made comments like, "Wow, is that you?"  Gee, thanks, what are you saying about how I look now?

Still no word on changes to Latitudes and most of the new additions have been implemented so looks like they're quietly backing off of those changes. Too bad. It would have been nice to get a little extra credit for my 19-day cruise. Oh well, guess I'll just have to suck it up and go on more cruises. :tropics:

Our cruise on the Pearl in May was our 6th cruise with NCL.  We just booked our 7th cruise for next May and was checking online to make sure everything looked in order and I noticed it shows us both as "Gold"!

Now I'm not complaining but it sure was unexpected!  Our last cruise was an upsell to an Owner's Suite, the cruise before that was an upsell to a Deluxe Owner's Suite and the cruise before that was an AE suite.  All of our cruises have been 7 days.

Has anyone else moved up to a different Lattitudes status without having the required number of cruises?    -Sandy-

Wow, wonder why that happened? I just checked, and after 7 cruises, with three more booked, we're still at the Silver level.

I just checked My NCL and my Latitudes level still doesn't show. What gives? It is showing our Gem 1/4/09 booking, so I know that res got booked under my Latitudes number. I'm up to 36 days now; Gem 1/4 will be my 5th NCL cruise.

That is interesting. On the Jade my sons card showed him as Platinum. In the past even when we were in an A3 before it always showed his Silver level and my card Platinum. I suspect it was just for that cruise but I need to check.

If it shows you are Lattitudes then you are bronze. Everyone is at least bronce. Wait till you get back the first level up should show.

Okay, will do. ;)

Just to be sure I'm looking in the right place, exactly where is it supposed to show Latitudes level?

Becky, in the "My NCL" section, on the right side it will give your latitudes number and to the right of that in parenthesis, it will show your level. In my case, is says (Silver).
