Hollywood designer Bob Mackie created 55 original costumes for new Broadway-style productions on Holland America Line.
Titled ‘The Hits of Broadway, the Designs of Bob Mackie’ and ‘Love Songs from Broadway, Designs from Bob Mackie,’ the two shows are now being performed on six ships: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Ryndam, Statendam, Veendam and Zaandam.
Mackie has designed for stars like Carol Burnett, Diahann Carroll, Cher, Mitzi Gaynor, Eva Longoria, Madonna, Ann-Margret, Bernadette Peters, Diana Ross, Barbra Streisand and even the Barbie doll.
These are the sixth and seventh productions showcasing Mackie originals on Holland America vessels. The costumes he has designed for the line are valued at $700,000.

| If the performers are half as good as the costumes, the shows should be good!

Now, those sound like some shows I would like to see! Some of them are downright boring! Those sound interesitng to me!
