I'd be willing to bet that they treat their employees the absolute best of any cruiseline, plus, there is a certain prestige to be hired by Disney.  They're very selective and only hire the cream of the crop, so yes, if I were thinking of working on a cruiseship, Disney would be my first choice.

Back in December when we were docked next to the Disney Wonder in Nassau, I pulled up a chair and watched what was going on with this ship. A lot of kids. Too many for me but they do have seperate areas for adults only. The ships look very nice from the outside. A great design.

My sister was on this ship several years ago and did not care for it. She said the food was not good at all.
