"Disney Cruise Line offers cruise vacations to be enjoyed by the young and young at heart with a wide variety of events and activities that cater specifically to passengers 18 years of age and older. From elegant dinners, to backstage tours, to an exclusive beach on Disney's private island, adults will find endless ways to relax and enjoy themselves. And the adult offerings continue to expand. Disney Cruise Line recently added an adults-only sports pub and gourmet coffee shop to both the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder cruise ships."

true, all of these things do exist, but i have to say that in my experience, the DCL night life was nearly non-existent.  i felt like just about everything shut down at 8 p.m.  and, even though it was a fairly nice cruise overall, i haven't returned to this line since.

it has been several years since i have cruised this line though, so i don't know if things have gotten better.  i just thought i wld mention this info for those CTT members for whom nightlife is a factor.

About a year and a half ago DCL was voted on of the best (if not the best) adult cruise experiences. We all know what a farce the adults only pool is on most cruise ships, but I'm told that Disney enforces their rules. I'll have to report back to you after my and DH's 12/6/08 Magic cruise, our first. And, of course, I'm sure a lot depends on what one considers "adult entertainment." Me, I'm just looking to unlock my inner Pooh, so I'm sure I'll have a ~great~ time!
