Don`t know this web site, but this does not seem believable:shock: but in this age of travel...it could be.

BTW that was not a legal connection so that is what makes me skeptical.

I'm really sorry for that lady if the story is really true.
BUT...........I can't imagine anyone these days accepting a connection that is that close. Even if it is "legal", I will accept no conneciton time less than 90 minutes. No way.

I guess it's feast or famine with Delta - on our trip back from Hawaii (in which Kerry tore his ACL, so we needed assistance in order to make the connections), they got wires crossed and we had 4 wheel chairs at the gate in LA, 2 in Atlanta and 1 in Norfolk (which we never requested for Norfolk). Oh well....that's why they're charging extra for the bags - need to pay the salaries of all these attendants!!!

Coming back from Vegas last month, we had a woman on our USAIR flight who had broken her leg while vacationing.

Her casted leg was in an elaborate metal brace that kept it straight.

Her seat was all the way in the back. She asked if they would move her and they said no. She asked if they would ask for volunteers to switch with her and they wouldn't do it.

So this woman who couldn't fit through the aisle with her crutches hopped and dragged down the aisle holding everybody up. The sweat was pouring down her face .

I would have switched with her but I wasn't any closer.

I can't understand why they didn't ask for volunteers at the gate. They explained they don't switch people out last minute to her. But...please... AJ and I were sitting in first class two times ago from the same exact gate and when we got to the airport we weren't sitting together!!! They switched us out for a frequent flyer in first.
