We are a 2 cat family...one male, one female. Worst part of cruising is leaving them behind, they would love it so much if they could come along... Best part tho is having a cat sitter come in rather than subjecting our babies to the kennels...They are happy once we're gone and more happy when we return. And they have no fears. We love our inhouse sitter.

And we're glad to have you Bob! Please feel free to post in all the forums where you have info to share or would just like to join in a discussion.

One cat, one dog, one bird . . . daughter who stays home from the cruise to pet sit! ;) I'd say Priceless but this time it's going to cost me! :big grin: Oh well, worth it for the time away from home and work.

I agree, Bob!   They somehow "know" when we're getting ready for a  trip. And I always feel so darn guilty leaving them behind. :(
My DH and I have 4 cats, no kids.  2 are inside only, and 2 are outside only.  I also feed 2 stray cats that I hope to trap and get neutered within the next few weeks.
A girlfriend and I also feed a colony of feral cats behind a local grocery store. We feed them every night and also plan to trap as many of them that we can and get them "fixed" & re-release them.

^..^   MEOW!!!
