I know we don't want another voting debacle like the last one ( ) , so who is going to be in charge of picking the month? (May would work better for me)

We were thinking late May to early June as that is when the prices drop.... Bama and I will have a date and location set by next week!

I think the location and dates are decided! This freaking place is "Da Bomb"! If anyone misses this vacation with 2 years to budget for it you dont have a freaking hair!
Since Dawson found it I'll let him post the details. I think nhrich is gonna handle the group thing for us so we need some members to step up!

Nothing planned, but we generally don't go to the Caribbean in the summer months....too hot for us.

after many emails and phone calls Bama and I believe we have found the perfect AI just south of Cancun..an easy trip into Cancun as well as south to Xel Ha and the other sites down Playa way...
Join us May 15th-22nd 2010 at the El Dorado Royale Adults Only AI Spa and Resort...
8 restarants ALL ala carte, no buffets..everything from Italian, Mexican, French, mediteranian and even a Fondue restarant and most reviews we read all raved about the food quality.
11 bars, lots of swim up bars with seats and swings for you swingers a night club, cigar bar, martini bar and a bunch more
All rooms are jacuzzi suites with prices starting around $380 per night per couple to my favorite that I'm grabbing at around $460 per night per couple with oceanfront casitas with the lazy river right out your front door, an ocean view jacuzzi and outdoor private shower!
Though we are staying 7 nights you can obviously book less nights or hell stay for 2 weeks!
These prices are approx and may even come down a tad depending on if Rich can get us some group discounts.
There are several pools and most are connected by the lazy river.....I think we will have a great time and prices are about the same as a balcony cabin 7 day cruise and the drinks are included!
Here is a link to the hotel so everyone sign up and Rich will have us some better pricing info next week IF they will firm price it this early...the prices I posted are for May 2009 so it could be a tad higher...

It really sounds like heaven and we're in!!!!!
I haven't checked out the website yet, but from Mike's description, it sounds like a great place!
