How about one mounted in a truck?

What a way to get someone to MOVE that sits in front of you at the drive-thru!

It was fun to watch as the ship ahead of us left, then it was our turn. My favorite part of leaving a port is when the ships blow the horns at each other. Can't remember what ship/line was last to leave port, but they were the one trading horn blows with our ship.
When we were there, all three ships were Carnival - Liberty, Glory, and I forget what the third one was.
I checked my pictures from that cruise. It was the Triumph. Did we have the horns blowing on that cruise leaving St. Thomas? I can't remember if it was that one or another cruise. Too many trips there!

| That's right, Triumph. Thanks. I was too lazy to go through my pics. I think they were blowing their horns. Last edited on Wed Sep 24th, 2008 01:52 am by nhrich

Was the France/Norway horn steam powered?
They had some good sound. Problem is you need a TON of volume for LONG blasts.
This takes care of that!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4Pxdz_14jU
IMO the best of both worlds and can work anywhere power is available!
Probably the only thing to beat it in shear volume over extended times would be the Chrysler Air Raid siren.

Red sky at night sailor's delight...oh yes that is true 95% of the time. HOWEVER tropical systems often move from east to west and often the sky will be on fire upon the onset of the first squalls when a middle of the night landfall is expected.
Ike was no exception and many areas reported glowing conditions just after sunset.
This was snapped in Mississippi. I see a dragon there!

You'd probably get charged with careless driving if you were in Ontario!!!! Thank god there is no radar detector there! Busted for sure.
GPS - Cell phone and Whisper 2000?? How do you prevent someone from smash and grab???? What goes into the other two holders?? And do these have a separate power pack?

Teradactyls are extinct though!
Dragons and Lightning!

Radar detectors are so 1988.
Now we can see where the police are in real time just by the equipment they have.

Not that I speed. Of course ICE (in case of emergency) I'm allowed to but that's another thing altogether!
I have a few roboarms for cameras but had to change them around as it's a safety hazard if the airbag goes off.
What's even funnier is setting all this stuff up in a 144 sq foot cabin. Even funnier is making it to the head for those middle of the night pee breaks. I've knocked that stupid ladder off the wall more times than I (as well as my neighbors!) can count.
