Eat your hearts out.. this is literally the picture of today... taken about 1 hr ago on my morning hike, I had company, and she loved it. DD terrified that she will become a tree hugger.

I think her stork bites are starting to fade a bit. The ones on the eyelids at least. Maybe the forehead too, although they say those ones last about a year. She's so fair, still not much hair. She loved it there.

My daughter had them too.  One was right on top of her left eyelid and it was so red.  It actually took till she was about two before it was gone.  The ones on her forehead were gone before she was a year.  I remember my husband and I saying at the time what a calm little sweetie she was but how she looked banged up for about six months:big grin:.  Our son had the most perfect skin and round little head when he was born.

She ended up a beauty though (inside too and that's what's more important!)

Kim is highly allergic to bees so when there's one nearby I'm immediately made aware of it!

This guy was crawling on my window when I snapped it!

Red sky at night is a sailor's delight.

Indeed the weather could not be better.  But that is about to change...

Talk about fire in the sky!  This was about an hour ago!

Another beautiful pic! Was that taken after storms passed through the area? We saw a sky like that Saturday as the rain was moving out after 4 days of no sun.

That's a beauty! We have butterfly bushes which attract a lot of them. The Monarchs have been passing through all week on their migration south to Mexico. Yesterday, we had THIS visitor . . .

We were lined up like that in St. Thomas too. We were the middle ship. All of them left at sunset and were all lit up. It was fun to watch as the ship ahead of us left, then it was our turn. My favorite part of leaving a port is when the ships blow the horns at each other. Can't remember what ship/line was last to leave port, but they were the one trading horn blows with our ship.

When we were there, all three ships were Carnival - Liberty, Glory, and I forget what the third one was.
