Thank you for posting! I have not been on NCL since The Norway back in the mid-80's, so it's nice to see some of the photo's of their current ships!

Wow!  You have some amazing pictures!  Were you lucky enough to take them all yourself or are some from other sources?  It makes no difference...I'm just curious if you are lucky enough to have taken them all yourself!

I've never been on a cruise :(  but I've been several times on a cruiseship ;) - sometimes for some hours and sometims even over night. Since photography is my favourite hobby I took as many photos as possible. Hopefully I can add more photos in future.

Well that explains how you got such good pictures without a lot of people in them.  That really helps bring out the beauty of the ships...nothing else to distract from the picture.

Can you tell us how you were lucky enough to get on the ships and take the pics?  Do you work for a ship yard?  ship builder?  marine architect?  If you'd rather not tell us for whatever reason its OK...but I am curious...again!;)

You are going to have do something about never having been on a cruise!  As we say here in the US...."just do it"!:big grin:

No, I don't work for a ship yard or other marine industries but we live just 20 kilometres far from the Meyer ship yard, where all the lovely ships are built, that you find in my gallery.

It started with exterior photos and step by step I got a quite good relation to NCL in Germany. I really appreciate to get the unique chance taking pictures on the brand new ships.

I am sure that my wife and me will be on a cruise but this will be not in the near future. Maybe one day we are on a cruise and besides this I work as a photographer on bord ;).

Greetings

Andreas
