Hello Chris and Fil,
I had the killer flu for the time you were away and more but now that I know you had wheelchairs to cart around my sorry dupa, I think I could have done the martini clinics.
Chris, I have been following the whole new house thing.....you must post pictures. I think you are so brave. I am not good with change. But you will have a beautiful Phoenix.
Fil, I don't have an all inclusive planned but I am going native soon in Mexico.
Susie

The last 2 sea days were certainly busy ones. We had activities scheduled all day long, both with the OOGs and without . It all started with a trip to the forward position on Deck 14, not 12 or 13 as some told us (you know who you are ). The plan was to polish off all the free champagne from the romance packages. So, here we are, 14 people, 7 bottles of champagne, 2 pitchers of OJ, some bottles of cranberry juice and a bag of chocolates. Sharon had a butler bring the OJ and some champagne glasses since didn’t have enough of either. One of us nearly lost a part our anatomy with a falling-from-the-sky cork . Within an hour, 5 of the bottles were gone and I have no idea when the other 2 were finished off because Amy and I had to leave to get the boys from some activity.
We met up with the Gang again for a round of Barnyard Bingo, with sound effects courtesy of Jimmy . The caller was asking for noises and then it took off from there. ACD Que was sitting with the groupand finally had to leave, perhaps he was worried about his reputation? Apparently, while we were running the boys to various activities, some of the OGGs continued to party on the pooldeck after Bingo and had quite a time. Pete and Win, don’t worry, I’m not naming names…
Next up, was the martini clinic :shottime: with the infamous wheelchair incident. Initially, it was only the original six from the first clinic, me and Amy, Chris, Jimmy, Fil and Pierre. We were told Pete couldn’t make it, so P&L wouldn’t be coming. Just as Armando was getting ready to start, P&L come hustling in to take a seat with the OGGs. Armando proceeded to make 4 nice-sized martinis, take pictures with the OGGs and generally have a good time. Since the martini tastings are held in Bar Central now, we’re right out in the open to people walking by and we got some looks. Oh well, nothing new for us after that morning’s Bingo. As the martini clinic was winding down, a game of trivia was starting right next door. While we were finishing the martinis, I was playing trivia with Jimmy running back and forth to the OGGs for help. We missed winning by one question and that was after not using 3 of the correct answers we were given. I know the trivia were not happy with us, must’ve been the martinis and noise we were making.
By this time, the martinis were catching up with the OGGs and somebody called for a taxi, I’m not sure who, I think it was Leslie, or maybe Pete. Armando pulls out a wheelchair, I think it was behind the bar or at the bar next door. So, Leslie got in for a ride and out came the cameras, then I jumped in, put the leg holders up so I could recline a little and someone hands me a second martini. It was quite a scene and still only like 5:30pm.
Amy and I ran into Jimmy, Chris and Fil at the Quest game show (where were the rest of you, poor Jimmy had to keep running down onto the stage by himself). These three had a nice quiet dinner together because Pierre was still feeling the effects of an earlier cold and a martini or two. We called it a night at about 11:30. Jimmy went to the casino and took some of his cruise fare back.
OK, last sea day comes tomorrow.

Sorry to hear you weren't feeling well. That flu really hit pretty hard this year. DS had it and it took a long time for him to recover.
Thankfully the expensive hole is now starting to look like a house.:holymoly: Can't wait to go home.
Have a great time in Mexico. Do you leave soon

Great story teller Greg.
The dinner Chris, Jimmy and Fil was happily accompanied by 2 bottles of wine and finished with Sambuccas. Then at the Quest game another Sambucca for good measure BUT we were well behaved and did not interfere with the Quest game.
Pierre was fast asleep and did not hear me stumble into the cabin TG

| I am so sorry I missed the wheel chair scene. That's great copy for our OGG Daily.

We just finished watching some video of our trip. It would have beem pretty funny to video some of the martini clinic and record some of that for the archives.

You didn't say anything about my dancing with 'grandma'. Do you think she'd dance with me again?
She may be a 'grandma' to Spencer and Liam, just like Sharon and I are to our grandkids, but she ain't too bad as a woman also. Don't keep her locked in a closet. Remember the old guy that was on the dance floor practically all night? He was looking for a partner after he exhausted all the others.

That's one detail among many that I forgot, too many things to remember. My Mom's pretty quiet, but I see no reason why she wouldn't dance with you again.

You're right, I did forget the last day. I'll have to drag the details out of my memory bank.
