Life can be busy and if you're like me, you need a plan to get all your ducks in a row before you leave for your cruise. You don't want to worry that you left something undone. Here's where the Timeline comes in handy. I've used it for every cruise since I found it. Simply print it off, adjust it to your needs and check things off as they are completed. With this done, you can relax knowing that you've taken care of everyone and everything!

I've never read that article closely, it's a good breakdown for new cruisers.
Usually once a cruise is booked, I become obsessive with the planning. Not to mention all the research done prior to booking.

I was looking for this, but when I tried the page I get the dreaded, "problem loading page" message.
Help?

I just clicked on it with no problem........http://cruisediva.com/things_to_do.htm
One thing I never thought of doing before is this one:
Make two photocopies of your passport or ID and credit cards. Leave one copy with a friend and carry the other separately from the originals.
I mean, I do carry a copy with me, but I never thought to leave a copy with my mom. I wonder why that would help??

The link is working for me as well.
I'm not sure why you'd want to leave a copy of your passport with someone at home. I guess if you lost the original and the copy, someone at home would at least have a copy. Also, you can e-mail a copy to yourself and that would work as long as the Internet is working.
