Stayed at the Hilton in Galveston... nice hotel. We headed down to B Jiggers at the Holiday Inn (they will shuttle you down there), had a GREAT time!! Spent most of the day and night here. Woke up and had the Friends of Ricky and Lucy Meeting in one of the rooms (mimosas and poinsettias)... weather was bad, but as the morning went on, the sun started shining. We were in a wedding party so we had to be at the port by 10:30. When all was said and done, we were boarding with the VIP's... so not much of a time savings, but it was fine. Got on the ship, grabbed a drink, went and dropped bags off in the cabin. We had 6442, L shaped AFT cabin, really liked this cabin... REALLY long balcony. Went to the lido and everyone else was starting to arrive. We had the wedding at 2pm, so we headed to that, which was nice and quick. Then back up to the Lido to have a few drinks before Muster. Muster was painless, but it smelled HORRIBLE. Like a fish fry.. blech. Rest of the week is a bit fuzzy... The Conquest is great. I like the Conquest class, after having been on the Valor last year, I understood the layout. The food was good... never ate at the buffet, but others said it was good. Went to the Pointe Wednesday night, I think. It was good, but not as good as Nick and Nora's. The Mardi Gras party was a blast!!! The band on the ship, Blood Power, was the best I've ever seen. We went and saw them every night... they were awesome!!!!! They also played at the past guest party... we all got up on stage and had a blast dancing!!!!!!! Monday morning, we were preparing for our group picture, when our coordinator told me that the Captain had requested my presence at his table for formal night. WHAT??? Okay... I'm all over it. Me and my roomie Cherisse had a great time at dinner. We were his only guests, and it was the only night he invited guests. Very nice feeling... I will cherish that forever, as it was a once in a lifetime experience. We met such wonderful people that we spent time with during the week... all of the officers are wonderul and very easy to get along with!!!! In Montego Bay, we did Sunset Beach. $40, all inclusive. Food was really good... drinks were poured great. Had a blast here!!! In Grand Cayman, we did rum sampling at Tortuga, then Margaritaville... somehow I got roped into the booty shaking contest... still don't know how. Came in 2nd... my booty needs work, LOL In Coz we did Paradise Beach, took Tom about 70 cartons of milk, had a blast. Tom is the best. Had our group a prime spot roped off, and we had our own servers. His son Luka is gorgeous!!!!! After that we headed to Carlos and Charlies... where things go ugly!!! Lots of mayhem!!!! Went swimming in my clothes twice on dares... once in my formal dress, oops. Debarkation was a nightmare. The crew was getting off for inspection, so we only had 4 customs agents... there were people still on the ship at 1pm. I missed my flight, flew to Dallas for the night and went home the next day. All in all, I had a blast!!! Had a great group of people... and can't wait to cruise with all of them again!!! Forgot to mention. One of the members of our group had to be taken off the ship... he had surgery a few weeks before, and ended up with his face paralyzed... so we diverted to Grand Cayman on Tuesday... quick stop, still made it to Montego Bay on time. The crew was fantastic! Our group coordinator kept me informed the entire time. We made good friends with the ships doctor at the Capts dinner and spent the day with him at Sunset Beach, he explained things to us and this was a very serious situation... he is still not doing very well, but was treated very well by the doctors in GC... very scary. 2 others were taken off the ship... one young lady that was losing her baby (the dr said that the baby didn't stand a chance... so sad) and a person that had gashed their face pretty badly.

Thanks Chris! I'm sure there's more to it, but what happens on the ship stays on the ship, right?  You guys always have such fun! Loved the pictures too! I was trying to pick out the ones I know. Quite a few of them were familiar. Bet the two "Saints" were Mikey and Shelley. BTW, y'all clean up real good!

Shelly is NOT a saint!!!! LOL!!! :angeldevil: She's alot of fun... she's coming to our S&S Myrtle Beach bash... she was the first one to book her flight, LOL!

LOL, that's a balloon flower I had gotten earlier in Grand Cayman :D I didn't realize the camera was going... I never do I guess, LOL!!!

| Great pics Chris! I was trying to get a pic of you jumping in the pool with your formal on but my batteries went dead. I did get one of Lynne and Pee Wee and Mike. And I was trying to get some pics of some of us doing shots at PB but my camera was acting up again!
