What do you want to know? Most of them have the same concept but are vastly different according to the location and the price. They are like cruise lines and ships, you have to know what to expect and want.

I think the biggest difference in AI's besides locals is the food....ALWAYS ensure you go to an AI with AT LEAST 5 different places to eat..the same ole restaurants get old fast.....or better yet book an AI that has no buffet and has all ala carte gourmet restaurants like AZUL!!!  :proud:  Also don't expect a 5 star in a third world country to be a 5 star resort, I usually deduct about 1.5 stars and then I am never disappointed......And my BEST advice on AI's is stay far away from Bama and Couples!:loser:

AI research is actually pretty easy Deb and I KNOW you like to research..here are a couple of my fav AI research links

http://www.all-inclusives.com/

http://www.debbiescaribbeanresortreviews.com/mexico/mexrevind.html

I usually read up on an AI on one of these and then verify on tripadvisor keeping in mind the same knuckleheads that review on CC also review on there!

Buf, If you are looking for gay sites follow Dawsons links.   If you are looking for great couples sites look anywhere else.   Swept is one of the best properties for non-gays in the World!

I love AIs because they are a great place to relax. Sometimes we want to be very active and we go elsewhere like Disney. But sometimes we feel fried and we go to an AI.

We are a wee bit jaded so we do pick islands that have been doing this sort of thing for a while (not Punta Cana). We don't like all buffets.

Sandals is always good and I'm looking forward to drinking with good friends.

I find them much more relaxing than a cruise, since you're on one island the whole time (unless you take an excursion to another one).  No nickeling and diming like the cruise lines, either!

Why?  Are You Gay Buf?

Not likely. I've never been to an AI. I'd like to know what it is about them that is good, bad or ugly.

I finally contracted with a company to build, maintain and market a website for my business.

So many decisions!! :shoot me:

I told the guy we would have to talk next week because I couldn't think.

Many of the businesses in our area are using this company and their sites are great and easy to play with.

The 21st century has had to drag me into it  kicking and screaming.

I had such plans for this weekend but the rain will put paid to them.

I cut grass after work and did some clean up in the yard  yesterday. It will start to be cold and wet continually here and if I don't do certain things now, I won't get the chance. My knees can't handle cold and wet. It's always a little sad when I put the lanterns and lawn decorations away.

Bri and I have spa day Saturday starting at 8am. So no HH tonight or I won't want to get up.

It's the only time Bri can go now that she is back in school.

You may get some nice days down your way but we have been getting snow in Oct.
