I would bet the local taxi companies have something to do with it too. Think of how much they stand to lose if he gets rolling. Just a thought. They're prolly lining somebodies pockets.

Wow...that sux but I would have figured he would have paid all his "taxes" before he bought the busses.....
Just looking at property to buy in Mexico has educated me on the price of never doing enough due diligence when looking to invest in Mexico..
