That's one wayof looking at it.  As a consolation prize Dennis is taking me to Charleston (a very nice restaurant in Baltimore) tomorrow night for an early birthday dinner.
I have read countless books this summer. Last night was the first time in a few days I could sit outside. It's been so humid I would sweat sitting still. On those nights I have to sit in my solarium and pretend I'm outside.
I checked Charlie's facebook page. Today is his BD.

Hi there,
What a day, but it is Friday. And for that I am thankful. Not to mention that I get to see some Fools tomorrow.
Today is my family reunion at my Aunt's house. My cousin Robert moved from here to North Carolina last fall and nobody has seen him since he moved. Well last night as a surprise he drove 13 hours to be here for the party. I can't wait to see him and pick on him a little bit.
Ok, off to finish up my day. Enjoy the rest of it.

OK People, we HAVE A PROBLEM....!!!
The weather tomorrow is GOING TO BE VERY, VERY, VERY CRUMMY....!!!
I DID have a "Rain Date" on the invitation......
Just for this kind of a weather "issue".....
20 people in my small house will NOT be a good thing......
I have checked ALL the weather places I can, on the computer and the TV and ALL ARE THE SAME.......

Okay I am not sure if you all know but we are still on for SATURDAY
It would be greatly appreciated is we didn't rush to get there Around 1:00 pm or so would be great .SJ can use all the time she can get
She said she was having trouble logging in and asked me to pass along the message .
Laurel wants us all there tomorrow because who knows how long it will be before we get to see everyone .
I just saw the weather and they don't know where or when the rain is going to land .
I bet it misses MT Kisco

Most definitely a Happy Birthday to Tom. We'll miss seeing you today.
We're getting our stuff together and will probably head out sometime around 8:30 or 9. We'll stop somewhere along the way for breakfast. There are a couple of diners on the first leg of the trip (before we hit the Interstate). Just have to remember to pack the cookies .
Looking forward to seeing all of you soon.
Now to shut the computer down and get some things done.

Getting ready to head out. We are dropping Steven off at his Aunt's House. He is going with her to a church BBQ for a goodbye party for all his friends going off to college.
