I was waiting for Rich to start another thread since his original cruise in December on the Crown was cancelled!!!!

He has talked me in to cancelling my 9-day NCL Jewel cruise to go back on the Crown with him and his beautiful wife, Jeri. I must admit that I prefer the specialty restaurants on the Jewel but I love the Pools on the Crown - especially the adults only pool and Sanctuary @ the front of the ship.

There are some really good prices on this ship right now! I'm sure Rich can help you if you're interested, so email nhrich if you want to join us!!!!!!

Money wise, it was the best choice for me; although I did disappoint Bob and Fran b/c they are booked on the Jewel. Maybe they'll give up their penthouse on the Jewel and come with us.....

I remember seeing something about that right after we booked it. IIRC, you had to qualify in one of the preliminary rounds, and the winners get to cruise with us for free (that IS the prize, isn't it?).

Like I said, IIRC, and I didn't.

According the Princess site you can enter on our cruise and don't have to qualify in a prelim. It's $100 entry fee -- that'd be a lot of penny-slot bets.
